RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Tamsa, Consumer satisfaction is our top priority. We try our best to provide the utmost quality of service. We are committed to work day & night to make shopping experience for our consumers better every day. But, it is a disheartening fact, that some people impersonating as our consumer, use our commitment as an advantage in order to misuse the services. We have tried our best to serve to make this process a smoother experience.
In order to serve the right consumers, and to avoid "fake orders" or "orders made with wrong intentions" , We have crafted a Return & Exchange Policy which only addresses the genuine problems. The same is as Follows:
Consumer can make a request to return an order, only in the following cases:
The delivered order was damaged when received. A video of unpackaging is always appreciated.
The Delivered order looks "Different" in terms of color or design, as that of mentioned in the online website. The Same is applicable to wrong fit and size.
Procedure to cancel/exchange an order
Consumers can initiate a request to cancel/exchange order by contacting us on our Whatsapp or Email
NO CASH/CREDIT RETURN WILL BE MADE IN THE CASE OF EXCHANGE/RETURN. ISSUE WILL ONLY BE RESOLVED BY PROVIDING AN EXCHANGE PRODUCT IN BOTH THE CASES MENTIONED ABOVE.
Tamsa believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Tamsa, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
